Effects kit: spinning top, reverse Gauss cannon and mill compatible with GraviTrax

Effects kit — Three pieces that add spectacle to a run, for less than buying them one by one: the marble swirls in the funnel, the cannon fires another marble back the other way, and the mill wheel turns as the marbles pass.

In the run

The three effects follow one another on the same descent. The 1-entry funnel spinning top (12 × 12 cm funnel) slows the marble down and makes it spin. The marble mill (7.5 × 7 cm footprint, 10.2 cm high) brings a quieter stretch to life: the green wheel turns each time a marble passes. The reverse Gauss cannon, compact at 7 × 6 cm, goes at the end of the course: the arriving marble sets off the second one, which is sent backwards to relaunch the run. Spinning top at the top, mill in the middle, cannon at the bottom: something happens at every stage.

Contents: 1 green funnel spinning top with 1 entry + 1 white stand, 1 green reverse Gauss cannon + 2 marbles and 1 marble mill (green wheel, white uprights and hexagonal base). GraviTrax pieces not included.

Good to know

• The kit adds to a GraviTrax or GraviTrax PRO starter set without replacing it; the Junior range is not concerned. Ages 5 and up.
• According to our customers’ feedback, the cannon performs best when the marble arrives at a moderate speed: adjust the height of the descent that feeds it. The marble left in the slot is retrieved by hand.
• The mill wheel turns freely: check that no other piece brushes against it after assembly.
