Delivery
Every order is prepared by hand in our workshop near Grenoble, then shipped with La Poste.
- France : free delivery
- European Union : €4, free for orders of €25 or more
- United States : €15, free for orders of €40 or more
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Israel : €9, free for orders of €40 or more
- Other countries : €8 + €1 per item, free for orders of €40 or more
The exact shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order. Outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery; they are payable by the recipient.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Just let us know in writing at matt@trackscreations.fr, for example using the form below (you can also write your own message).
Then send the items back, complete and in their original condition, no later than 14 days after informing us. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We refund the price of the items and the original delivery costs no later than 14 days after your request; we may wait until we have received the items, or proof that you have sent them back, before refunding. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order.
Damaged or faulty item
If an item arrives broken or does not work, email us at matt@trackscreations.fr with a photo: we will replace or refund it. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
