Frequently asked questions
The answers below come from our Terms and Conditions of Sale, from the Delivery and returns page and from our product pages. Can’t find yours? Write to me with the contact form.
Compatibility
Are your parts compatible with GraviTrax PRO?
Yes. The parts in our GraviTrax-compatible extensions category are compatible with GraviTrax and GraviTrax PRO marble runs. They are not compatible with the GraviTrax Junior range, which uses a different system. Our compatibility guide describes each family of parts.
Do I need a GraviTrax starter set? Do the original marbles work?
Yes, a starter set is needed: our extensions complete a GraviTrax or GraviTrax PRO starter set but do not replace it. They accept the original marbles. We also sell a set of spare marbles.
From what age?
Each product page states the recommended age: “From 5 years” for the GraviTrax parts and “From 3 years” for the Duplo train tracks and crossings. Marble runs are played with under adult supervision.
Do the Duplo parts work with other train brands?
The pages of our Duplo extensions state their compatibility with DUPLO tracks and bricks, as well as with most major brands of interlocking trains. The LEGO and DUPLO 4-way crossing is compatible with LEGO and DUPLO train tracks. TracksCreationS is an independent brand with no link to the manufacturers: compatibility is given for information only.
Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as Bancontact, iDEAL or EPS depending on your country. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international Mastercard or Visa cards. Payment is made on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe: we neither receive nor keep any card number. A promo code, if you have one, is entered on that payment page.
Are the prices shown VAT included?
Yes. Prices include VAT and the price shown is the price you pay, whatever the delivery country. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order and appear separately on the payment page and on the invoice. Details on the Delivery and returns page, under “Prices, VAT and customs”.
How can I contact you?
Use the contact form for any question about a product or an order. I usually reply within two working days, by e-mail. My phone number is given on simple request through the same form.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost, and do you deliver outside France?
Delivery costs €3 in mainland France (including Corsica) and Monaco, free from €25 of purchases. In the rest of the European Union it costs €4, free from €25 of purchases. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and Israel it costs €9, free from €40; for the United States €15, free from €40; for other countries, overseas territories included, €8 + €1 per item, free from €40. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order. Outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged on delivery and are payable by the recipient. We do not deliver to Russia or Belarus.
How long before my order is shipped?
Our parts are printed to order and every order is prepared by hand in our workshop near Grenoble. Product pages state “Ships within 2–3 business days”. The parcel is sent by La Poste, protected, in a letterbox-size format.
Can I track my order?
Order tracking can be requested at any time through the contact form. Please give your order number, which is in your order confirmation e-mail.
Returns and guarantees
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes, for physical goods: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. Tell us in writing using the contact form, then send the items back, complete and in their original condition, no later than 14 days after informing us. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We refund the price of the items and the original delivery costs no later than 14 days after your request, using the payment method used for the order. A model withdrawal form is on the Delivery and returns page. Digital booklets are covered in the last section.
What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?
Write to us using the contact form: we reply by e-mail, and you can send us a photo in your reply. We will replace or refund the item. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against latent defects, detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Digital booklets
How do I receive a digital booklet?
A booklet is a PDF file: it is not shipped and has no delivery cost. After payment, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to you by e-mail with your invoice. The link is valid for 30 days, so remember to save the file on your device.
What does a booklet contain, and do I need a particular part?
Each booklet can be downloaded in two formats: a screen version, to read on a tablet, and a printable A4 version. They are building plans for tracks using our GraviTrax-compatible mega spinners: each product page states which mega spinner is required.
Why do I have to tick a box before paying for a booklet?
Because a digital booklet is supplied immediately, the cart asks you to tick a box (never pre-ticked) stating that you request immediate access and expressly waive your right of withdrawal for this booklet once the download begins (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Without this box ticked, the order cannot be placed. Any physical items in the same order keep the 14-day right of withdrawal.
